~ Focus on God. ~

 No matter what happens in Your Own Life or around the world, it's Very Important to 'Stay Focused on God'. 

God has got a Wonderful Plan for Your Life. 
Don't allow Yourself to be Distracted from it.

God has got a Powerful Purpose for Your Life that is 'Unique' to You.

The devil will use 'Anything & Anybody' to Steer You Away from it. 
Don't Let him.

The devil doesn't care whether he uses something Good or bad, Big or Small, he just wants to Prevent You from Achieving God's Plan.

The 'News Channels' are some of the devils Main Weapons.

Many people have become so 'Addicted' to watching 'The News' that the devil has now got it Easy.

But the Truth is, You Don't actually need to watch the 'news'. 

The Vast Majority of the things on the 'news', You Don't Need to Know. 
It's just 'Unnecessary Information' that 'Clogs Up' Your Mind.

If there is Anything that 'You Personally' do actually need to know, then God has Many Wonderful Ways that 'He' can Reveal Things to You.

You Don't Need the news ~ You Do Need God.

There are people who say they have to watch the news to Find Out 'Important Things' that are happening.
Well they're basically saying that they Don't 'Trust God' enough to Reveal those things to them.

God Will Always Let You Know, What You Need to Know.

The 'news' on the other hand, whether its through tv, internet, social media, radio, newspapers etc, will Always 'Add' Extra things that You Don't actually need to know.

They 'Dramatise' things, they Focus on 'Doom & Gloom', they make everything 'Seem' a Lot worse than it actually is.

And it's these Extra things that lead people to Worry, Stress, Fear, Anxiety, Depression, Misery, etc.

And when the devil has got people 'feeling' like that, then they will not be able to 'Function' at their Full Capacity to Achieve God's Plan for their Lives.

Many people are 'Drained & Exhausted' because their Minds are so Full of the 'worlds' Negative Junk from the 'news'. 

Switch It Off ~ Your Life is More Important.

I've heard people say that they watch the news because they 'Take an Interest' in what's happening around the world.

But there's a Big difference between 'Taking an Interest' and 'Being Nosy'. 

There are a Lot of people who watch the news just because they're 'Being Nosy'. 

If You've got a 'Genuine' Interest, then Ask God to Reveal Things to You.

God Will Let You Know the 'Truth', and He won't Pollute Your Mind with Nonsense & Junk.

News Reporters just want to 'Make a Name' for themselves. News Channels just want to Increase their 'Viewer Ratings'. And newspapers just want to Sell more papers.

They Don't actually 'Care' about the people they are giving the news to. They're Not bothered if it will make You Depressed & Miserable.

They certainly Don't do it out of Love & Care for You. 
They do it out of Selfish Ambition, Pride, Money and Ego.

But God 'Genuinely' Cares about You.
He Loves You Literally as One of His Own Children.

You can 'Trust' God to 'Let You Know, What You Need to Know', without being Bombarded with Doom & Gloom.

God Will Reveal the 'Truth without the Trickery', the 'Facts without the Fluff' and the 'Real News without the Nonsense'.

         So How do You Receive 'God's News Channel' ?

Well You've Already got Your Own Personal 'Inbuilt' Antenna.

You Simply need to 'Tune Yourself In' to God's Channel.

It's Called 'Faith'. 

Make a 'Firm Decision' to Believe 'Only' God.
Put Your Trust In Him.

If You have been Relying on the 'news' for Your source of Information, then You will already know 'How' to 'Trust & Believe', because You will have been 'Trusting & Believing' what they tell You on the 'news'. 
So You know 'How' to Do it.

Simply 'Trust & Believe' God that He will 'Let You Know, What You Need to Know', and don't be bothered about Anything else.

If God doesn't think You need to know something, then You Don't need to know it.

Don't Clutter Your Mind with 'worldly' Junk.

True Knowledge comes from God.

Focus on God ~ He will Never let you down.

“I keep my eyes Always on the Lord.
    With Him at my right hand, I will Not be shaken”. 
(Psalm 16:8).

Tune In to God's Channel ~  'Faith'.

~ Undiscovered Things. ~

 Whilst I was looking for a Bible Verse about being Baptised (as I was planning to write about it), a different Bible Chapter stood out to me. 
It was John 16. 

As I was reading through it, I got to Verse 13-15 and they Stood out in a Very Powerful way, especially Verse 15.

It was Jesus speaking and this is what He said:
“When He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, He will Guide you into all Truth, for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears (from the Father) He will speak, and He will tell you things to come. 
He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.
All things that the Father has are Mine.
Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you”. 

It was the last two sentences that Really Stood out to me:
“All Things that the Father has are Mine.
Therefore I said that He (the Holy Spirit) will take of Mine 
and declare it to you”. 

Think about that Seriously for a moment.
All Things that the Father has Belong to Jesus, and the Holy Spirit will declare them to You. 

All Things.
That means there are 'Undiscovered Things' that are Available to You.

What are these 'Things' ?

It doesn't specifically say what they are, but when You put this verse 'Together' with other Bible verses, it becomes 'Very Exciting'.       

Bible verses such as (Jeremiah 29:11),
“For I know the Plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, Plans to give you Hope and a Future”. 

Jesus is therefore saying that the Holy Spirit will declare to You, 
'God's Plans for Your Life'.  
That's Exciting.

In another Bible verse the Lord says in (Jeremiah 33:3),
“Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you Great and Mighty Things, which you do not know”. 

WOW, the Lord Himself wants to show You 'Great & Mighty Things'. 
Not just Average Things, but 'Great & Mighty Things.

(It Really Doesn't make sense when 'people' call God 'Dull & Boring' and say that He's 'Strict & Bossy'). 
God is Truly Loving & Very Exciting. 

There are Many other Wonderful Bible Verses that can be joined Together with 'John 16:13-15'.
Have a look for Yourself in God's Word, and be Amazed at what God wants to Reveal to You through the Holy Spirit.

Further along Chapter 16 in Verses 23-24, Jesus says,
“Whatever you Ask the Father in My name He will give you. 
Until now you have Asked nothing in My name. 
Ask, and you will receive, that your Joy may be Full”.

If there are 'Things' that You don't know about 'God's Plan For Your Life', and about other 'Great & Mighty Things', then maybe it's because You have not 'Sincerely Asked' in Jesus' Name.

Jesus says “Ask, and You shall receive”. 

Asking in Jesus' Name doesn't mean He will just tell You 'Whatever You Want to hear'. 

Asking in Jesus' Name means Asking Things that are 'In Line With God' and 'God's Way of Living'. 

He's obviously Not going to tell You Things like the lottery numbers or 
what's the latest celebrity & tv gossip. 
That Stuff is Not 'Great & Mighty' to God, it's just 'worldly Junk'. 

So be 'Sincere & Serious' when You Ask in Jesus' Name, because He wants to Reveal 'Things' to You so that “Your Joy may be Full”. 

Jesus also says later in Verse 33,
“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have Peace”. 

Jesus wants You to have 'Real Peace' in Your Life, so He has said these 'Things' to Guide You in How to receive 'His Peace'. 

 (Ephesians 2:14) says, 'For He Himself is our Peace'. 

There are Many 'Undiscovered Things' waiting to be 'Discovered'. 

How do You Discover them ?

Well Jesus says that they are the 'Fathers Things', that have been 'Given to Jesus', and will be declared to You by the 'Holy Spirit'.

So You need to have a Personal Relationship with God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit to 'Discover' the 'Undiscovered Things'.

 'Love the Lord your God with all your Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength'. 
(Mark 12:30). 
'Believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God'. 
(Acts 8:37). 
'Repent, and be Baptised, so You will Receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit'. 
(Acts 2:38). 

~ Enjoy the most Wonderful Personal Relationship You can Ever Have. 

Jesus said a Beautiful statement in John 16 Verse 27,
“The Father Himself Loves You,
because you have Loved Me, and have Believed that I came forth from God”.  

God wants to reveal 'Great & Mighty Things' to You, because: 
'He Loves You'.

Jesus said,
“All Things that the Father has are Mine.
Therefore I said that He (the Holy Spirit) will take of Mine 
and declare it to you”. 

It's Time for You to
~ Discover the 'Undiscovered Things' ~

~ The True Way to Repent. ~

 The word Repent is used in the Bible Many times, so it's obviously a Very Important thing to Do.

Yet Many people don't know what Repent actually means. 

From my own personal experience, it was a Long time into my Journey of Faith before I found out what it means.
I had read about it and heard it mentioned, but I didn't know what it actually meant.

Over the years I've come to realise that the word Repent has been given a 'Bad Name'. It's been made to seem like it's something Strange, and people have Dramatised it.
Many people have been 'Put Off' by these 'Lies & Manipulations'.

But the 'Truth' is, that 'Repenting' is one of the Best things You can Do, because the Outcome leads to 'Peace & Freedom', and Harmony with God. 

Basically the word 'Repent' means:

~ Stop Doing Whatever You're Doing that's 'Wrong',
~ Turn Away from it,
~ And Follow God's Right Way to Live.

It's Not Strange.   It's No Big Drama.   It's just Plain & Simple.

With that in Mind, Imagine You're looking down from above at a Path that runs horizontally across. 
It leads all the way to the Left as far as you can see and out of sight.
It also leads all the way to the Right as far as you can see and out of sight.
There's a 'Line' in the middle 'Separating' Left from Right.

The Left side of the Path represents 'the devils' Way to Live, which is often referred to in the Bible as 'the worlds way'. 
At the end of the Path to the Left is Hell.

 The Right side of the Path represents 'God's Way' to Live.
At the end of the Path to the Right is Heaven.

On the Path of Life, there is No 'In Between Ground'. 
There's Only 2 Ways to Live, either 'the devils way', or 'God's Way'. 

Imagine that the Path represents 'Your Life', and now Imagine Yourself 
'On the Path'. 

Be Truthful with Yourself :

~ Which Side of the Line are You on ?
~ And which Direction are You Heading ?

Pause for a moment and Think about that 'Honestly & Seriously'. 

~   ~   ~   ~   ~

There are some people who Believe in God & Jesus but they're Heading in the Wrong Direction. 
And some Believers are Living Their Lives on the 'devils side' of the Path.

There are many reasons for that. It could be because they're Doing something Wrong but Nobody has told them that it's Wrong in 'God's Eyes', so when they see 'Other People' Doing it, they Think it's ok for them to Do it.
Or it could be that they know what they're Doing is Wrong, but they Choose to 'Do It Anyway' just so they can 'Fit In' with people and be 'Liked' by 'people'.
Then there are people who 'Manipulate' Bible Verses to 'Suite Themselves' so they can 'Do Whatever They Want', even if it's Wrong. They say things like 'Some Bible Verses are not relevant in the modern world'. 
Well people have probably been saying that for Thousands of years.

But the 'Truth' is, that in 'God's Eyes' what's Right is Right, and what's Wrong is Wrong. And that will Never Change.
~ (Malachi 3:6) says, “For I am the Lord, I do Not Change”. 
~ (Hebrews 13:8) says, “Jesus is the Same Yesterday, Today, and Forever”. 

If God's Word says something is Wrong, then it's Wrong.
It will Never Change just because 'people' want it to Change.
It just means that those people are heading in the Wrong Direction on the Wrong side of the Path.

There are Many reasons why people end up on the Wrong side of the Path or  heading in the Wrong Direction.
Some is out of 'Personal Choice'. And some is because they have been 'Misled'.

But whatever the reason, the Important thing is to 'Repent'. 

God is so Loving, Graceful and Forgiving that if You 'Honestly & Sincerely' Repent, then He will 'Welcome' You back onto the 'Right Side' of the Path.

God knows who the 'Fakes' are, but He also knows the 'Genuine' Believers who have 'Gone Astray'. 
Repent, and feel God's Love in Ways that You've never felt before.

Jesus will be 'With You' Every Step of 'Your Journey'. He will Guide You and He will Fill You with the Power of the Holy Spirit.

But He will Never 'Force' Any of this on You. 
You need to be Willing to Accept His 'Guidance & Power'.

Jesus wants what's 'Best for You'. 
He knows that the Best thing for You to Do is to get as 'Far Away' from the 'devils side' of the Path as You can, and as 'Quickly' as You can.

There are many people who have Repented, but they 'Linger' around near the 'Dividing Line' of the Path.
The devil can then Easily 'Lure' them back onto 'his side'. 

That's what happened to me at the beginning of my 'Journey with Jesus'. 

 When I started my Journey over 20 years ago, I made a 'Choice' that I wanted to become a 'Decent Person'. 
I knew that meant 'Stopping' the Wrong things I was Doing, and Start Following 'God's Way'. 
I Did Do that. 
But I wasn't Aware at that point of the 'Mighty Power' that was Available to me from the Holy Spirit that would Enable me to take 'Giant Leaps of Faith' to 
'Get Away' from the devils 'Lure'. 

So I 'Tentatively' took 'Little Steps' towards 'God's Way'. 
I was Heading in the 'Right Direction', but because I wasn't putting my 'Complete Trust' in God, then the devil was able to 'Lure' me back with his 'Lies & Trickery' through 'Other People'. 
I Wrongly continued to Believe 'people' about 'How to Live my Life', and I felt that I would 'Miss Out' on things if I Fully 'Let Go' of my 'Old Lifestyle'.

Even though I was Heading in 'God's Direction', I Regularly 'Looked Back'. 
I now realise that was the 'Biggest Mistake' I made.
Every time I 'Looked Back', the devil had the 'Opportunity' to 'Lure' me back again.

There are many different ways that people 'Look Back' after they've Repented.
One of the worst ways is by 'Thinking' about the Wrong thing that You 'Used' to do, or 'Thinking' about the people who had a 'Wrong' Influence on You.
Every time You 'Think' about Your 'Past' that's Connected to a 'Wrong' Way of Living, it's like Opening a Door in Your Mind to the devil, and he will take Any Opportunity You 'Give' him to 'Trick' You back onto 'his side' of the Path.

Another way that people 'Look Back' is by Continuing to spend time with the 'Wrong' people or staying in Contact with them.
Those people will Continue to 'Lure' You back onto the 'devils side' of the Path.

Both of those ways led me back onto the 'Wrong' side of the Path many times.
But since I realised these things and since I Discovered the 'Mighty Power' of the Holy Spirit that Jesus Gave me, I No longer 'Waste' my time or energy 'Thinking' about my Past or spending time & contact with 'Wrong' people.

I Made a Firm Decision Many Years ago to 'Get Rid' of 'worldly ways' Out of my Life, and to 'Only' Believe God about 'Who I Am' and 'How to Live my Life'. 
That Firm Decision has led to 'Real Freedom' in my Life, and Opened the door to 'God's Plan for My Life'. 

I Honestly Don't 'Miss' Anything at All from my 'Old Lifestyle', and I 'Truly' mean that.
I've Lived Life on the 'devils side' of the Path, and I'm now Living on 
'God's Side'. 
I can 'Wholeheartedly say that:

“Life with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit 
is Everything You could Ever Dream of, and Much More”. 

My Guidance to You about Repenting is:

~ Believe God's Word in the Bible & His Guidance to You Personally about what is Right & Wrong. Don't look to 'people' for Answers, because too many people have got Corrupted Views.

~ If there's something You are Doing that's Wrong in 'God's Way' of Living, then 'Stop' Immediately. Don't put it off till tomorrow, the devil will have 'Tricked' You again by tomorrow.

~ Make a 'Sincere' Commitment to 'Turn Away' from the 'Wrong' Lifestyle. Remember, God knows who the Fakes are, but He Gives Power to the Genuine.

~ Now that You're Facing the Right Direction towards God,
 Don't 'Look Back'.
Stay Focused on God. 
There's Nothing 'Behind You' that's worth risking 'Missing Out' on 
what God has got Planned Ahead of You.

~ Be Open & Willing to Accept the Guidance of Jesus, and the 'Mighty Power' of the Holy Spirit. 

~ Use that Power to take the Biggest 'Leaps of Faith' you can take to get as 'Far Away' from 'the devils' side of the Path as You can. 
   * That could be Staying Away from certain people.
   * It could be Deleting Apps off Your phone.
   * It might be 'Getting Rid' of certain things that Remind You of Your Past.
   * It could be Deleting All Your 'social media' accounts.
   * It might mean Not watching certain programs.
   * A Great 'Leap of Faith' is to 'Only' Believe 'God's Word' and Not 'people'.
   * It could Simply be Saying 'No' to the 'worlds ways'. 
          The Bible says in (James 4:4) “If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God”.   ~ It's Your Choice.

Whatever You Do, Do Something that's Personal & Helpful to You so You can 'Get Away' from the 'Lure' of the devil. 
The Bible says: “Resist the devil and he will Flee from You”, (James 4:7). 

The Closer You get to God, the further Away from the devil You will be.

Remember,  Jesus is 'With You Always'. 
If You've got any doubts, Give them to Jesus, and put 
Your 'Complete Trust' in Him. He will Never let You down.

Jesus knows the Power that's 'In You', and He knows what 
You are Capable of.  He Lovingly says to You,

“You Can Do It”. 

Enjoy Your 'Journey with Jesus' along the Path of Life.

And Enjoy the Wonderful Blessings 
that God has got Planned for You 
when You Repent, and Never Look Back.

~ Spiritual Gifts Given ~ worldly sins Forgiven. ~

 While Jesus was Physically on earth, He said to the Disciples that after He Rises from death He would 'Send a Helper' in the form of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus was True to His Word.

About 50 days after He Rose, the Disciples were gathered together.

'Suddenly there came a Sound from Heaven, as of a rushing Mighty wind', (Acts 2:2). 
It wasn't an actual blowing wind, it was a Sound 'Like a Mighty wind'. 

'Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of Fire, 
and sat upon each of them'. (Acts 2:3). 

At that point a Truly Wonderful thing happened.

'They were All Filled with the Holy Spirit'. (Acts 2:4). 

It wasn't just a Little Bit of the Holy Spirit, they were 'Filled' with the 
Holy Spirit. 
This is what's known as Pentecost. 

This 'Mighty Power' sent from Jesus gave them the 'Wonderful Gift' to 'Do' what Jesus had Previously asked them to 'Do', ~ “Go into All the world and Preach the Gospel to Every Creature”, (Mark 16:15). 

'They began to Speak in Other tongues (Languages) 
as the Spirit gave to them'. Acts 2:4). 

The Bible says at that time there were people from 'Every Nation under Heaven' staying in Jerusalem, and when the Sound of the Mighty wind happened, they All came together where the Disciples were.

The people all spoke in Different Languages, but 'Everyone Heard' the Disciples Speaking in 'Their Own Language'. (Acts 2:5-6). 

The people were All 'Amazed' and said, 
“How can we All hear in Our Own Language”. (Acts 2:7-8). 

That's the Power of the 'Holy Spirit', He will Give You Wonderful Gifts to 'Do' Amazing things.

The Disciples 'Stood Up' and Peter 'Immediately' started to Preach the 'Gospel of Jesus' and saying Scripture to the people. He didn't Waste any time. He was 'Given a Gift' and he put it to Good Use 'Straight Away'. 
It was probably Peters way of 'Showing' Jesus how 'Grateful' he was for 'Saving his Soul', and 'Setting him Free' from the Traps of the 'world'. 

While Peter was Boldly talking about Jesus, the people asked, 
“What shall we do”?
Peter replied,
“Repent, and let Every one of You be Baptised in the name of  Jesus Christ for the Forgiveness of sins, and You Shall Receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit”, (Acts 2:37-38). 

Then in that one day, about 3,000 people were Baptised and their 'Souls Saved'.
WOW. That's the Amazing Power of the Holy Spirit.

That Power is Available to You.

It Doesn't mean You will have to Preach and Baptise 3,000 people. And it Doesn't mean You will have to Speak in different tongues (Languages). 

The Powerful Gifts of the Holy Spirit will be 'Unique & Individual' to You Personally, to Help You Achieve God's Purpose & Plan for Your Life.

He will also Give You Power to be 'Set Free' from the 'Lies & Corruption' of the 'world' so You don't get 'Tricked', (Acts 2:40).    

The devil is Fully Aware of the Power of the Holy Spirit and the Amazing things that can be Achieved through God's people when they're Filled with the Holy Spirit. So the devil has been Using 'his followers' to try to 'Scare' people away from wanting to 'Welcome' the Holy Spirit into their Lives.

Throughout my 'Journey of Faith', I've Seen, Heard, and Read Lots of False Teachings, Manipulations of Bible Verses, and Corrupted Views of what it means to Welcome the Holy Spirit into Your Life, and about what the Spiritual Gifts actually mean. 

These 'Wrong Teachings' have either 'Pushed' people Away from God, or they've given Many True Believers a 'False Understanding' of what it means, which has led Many Believers into trying to 'Do' certain things that God has 'Not' asked them to 'Do'. 

The Truth though is in God's Word and His Guidance.

Before I started to write this writing, I asked God to 'Guide' me.
His Guidance was, “Stay Focused on Me”. 

That's the Guidance I give to You ~ 'Stay Focused on God'. 

There's Lots of 'Lies' being Spread around about the Holy Spirit & His Spiritual Gifts. The Only Way to know the Truth, is from the 'Source' of the Holy Spirit, which is God & Jesus.

Let God & Jesus Guide You through God's Word, and more Importantly by having a 'Direct' Personal Relationship with them. 
They will let You know the Truth.

If You have ever been Told that You can't receive the Holy Spirit or His Gifts, that's a 'Lie'. The Bible says:
“For the promise is for You, and to All who are afar off, 
as Many as the Lord our God will call”, (Acts 2:39). 

The Holy Spirit and His Gifts are obviously Not Scary, because the Bible doesn't say that the Disciples were Scared when they were 'Filled with the Holy Spirit'. And it doesn't say that Any of the people were Scared when they Heard the Disciples Speaking in 'Their Own Language'. It says that the were 'Amazed'. 

When You Believe God's True Word, and Not what people 'Say' about God's Word, then You will have Peace.

There's a Beautiful Bible Verse that says.
“Repent, that Your sins may be Blotted Out, so that times of Refreshing
may come from the Presence of the Lord”, (Acts 3:19). 

When You Welcome the Holy Spirit into Your Heart, Mind & Soul, it's 
Very Refreshing.
He 'Washes' You Clean of the 'Rubbish' that's been 'Holding You Back', and Refreshes 'Your Life' with Peace, Love, Joy, and the Amazing Power of the Holy Spirit.

How do You Welcome the Holy Spirit ?

God's Word says,

“Repent, and let Every one of You be Baptised
 in the name of Jesus Christ for the Forgiveness of sins, 
and You Shall receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit”.

~ Limited View. ~

 Every person on earth has got a 'Limited View' of their 'Own Life', and of 'Other Peoples Lives'.

We can only 'See' what we 'See', 'Hear' what we 'Hear', and 'Know' what we 'Know'. 

Our 'Physical View' as well as our 'Understanding View' have got 'Limitations'. 

We can't 'See' what Other People are Doing 'All The Time', or 'know' what they're 'Thinking & Planning'. 
And we don't 'Know' All the Details of 'God's Plan for Our Own Lives'. 

These 'Limitations' are what the devil 'Cunningly' Uses to 'Trick' people into Believing the 'Wrong Ways of Living'. 

The devil will Use Your 'Limited View' to try to 'Trick' You to Believe 'Lies' about 'Who You Are'. 
He will Use 'his followers' to 'Lie' to You to Prevent You from Believing in Yourself as the 'Wonderful Person' who God Created You To Be.

The devil knows that God Created You in 'His Own Image', which means You have the 'Power In You' to Defeat the devil.
So the devil will either try to 'put you down' so You don't Believe in Your 'Power', or he will try to 'Distract' You from Doing the 'Will Of God' by 'Luring' You away with 'worldly ways'. These 'worldly ways' might 'Seem' like they're Fun and that there's nothing wrong with them, but they are a  'Set Up' by the devil to keep You 'Away From God'. 

The devil will also Use 'Your Limitations' to try to 'Manipulate' You to Believe 'Wrong Things' about 'Other People'. 
He will try to 'Trick' You to Think 'Good things about Bad people', and to Think 'Bad things about Good people'.
He does that to try to get You to Listen to the 'Wrong People'.   


Many people have been 'Tricked' into Thinking it's ok to Treat other people like Dirt, just because somebody Told them to. 
That's 'NOT' true. 
The Bible says “Be Kind to one another, Tenderhearted, Forgiving one another, as God Forgave you in Christ”, (Ephesians 4:32). 

The devil has also 'Tricked' many people into Believing that they can 'Treat' Nature 'However they want'. 
People cut down 'Healthy Life Giving Trees' just because they're not 'Native' or because they don't like the look of them. People spray Chemical weed-killer on God's  'Wild Flowers' just because they 'Grow' where the 'person' doesn't want them to 'Grow'. And people 'Mistreat & Kill' Wild Animals just because 'people' don't want them to 'Live' where the Animals are 'Living'. 
But these are All 'God's Creations'.

The devil has used 'his followers' to Mislead people by 'Manipulating' the Bible verse that says God has given People 'Dominion' over all of God's Creations.

'Dominion' does 'NOT' mean You can 'Do Whatever You Want' to Nature.
The 'worlds' version of 'Dominion' is to 'Control & Rule'.
But God's meaning of 'Dominion' is that God is 'Trusting' Everyone with the Responsibility of 'Looking After' and 'Caring For' His Creations.
That is a True Blessing to be 'Trusted' by God. Don't Abuse that Trust.

The devil has been 'Tricking' people for Thousands of years in All areas of Life.

The worst 'Lie' of all that he has 'Misled' people with by Using Peoples 
'Limited View' is the 'Lies' about God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit.
The devil has Used 'his followers' (who are sometimes Disguised as Believers) to 'Mislead' people into Believing 'Wrong' things about God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit, and 'Wrong Teachings' about How to Follow them. 

Unfortunately over many years, there have been many 'True Believers' who have been 'Misled' by the devils 'Cunning & Crafty' Tactics. 

I 'Fully Admit' that I 'Fell' for many of them over the years.

But over the passed few years, God has been Revealing to me more & more ways of 'How' the devil had 'Tricked' me, and 'How' he is Still 'Tricking' many other people now. 

Some of the 'Lies' that the devil has got people Believing is that God is a Strict, Bossy, Dictator. That Jesus was just another Prophet. And that the Holy Spirit is some type of Scary Ghost.

Thankfully I have 'Never' Believed Any of these, but I know that many people do Believe it.

Throughout my 'Journey of Faith' for over 20 years, I've spent a Lot of 'Quality Time' with God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit. My Personal Relationship with them is Closer than it has Ever been.
And I can Assure You that No Matter what Anybody says, God is 'NOT' Strict, Bossy or a Dictator. He is Extremely Patient, Loving, Gentle, and He simply wants what's 'Best for You'.
Jesus was 'NOT' just another Prophet, He 'Is' the Son of God, He 'Did' Rise from death, and He 'Is' Alive sitting at the Right Hand of God, as well as Living in the Hearts of True Believers.
The Holy Spirit is 'NOT' a Scary Ghost, there's Nothing Scary about Him. He is the Wonderful Helper who Jesus Sent to us to Communicate with 'Our Own Spirit', to 'Lead' us in the 'Truth', and to remind us of the Wonderful Teachings of Jesus, which is the 'True Way' to Live our Lives.

Many people say they Struggle to Believe these things because they haven't got 'Proof & Evidence'. Well if they can Believe the 'Lies' without having Any 'Proof & Evidence', then they can Believe the 'Truth'. 
It' simply a Choice of 'Who' do You Believe, 'people' or 'God'. 
I Choose to Believe God.

People have got the Ability to 'Lie'. 
But  “It is Impossible for God to lie”, (Hebrews 6:18).

So because we are Human, we have a 'Limited View' of Life.
God knew that, so He sent His Son as a Human to Show us How to Live 'Our Lives'. While Jesus was 'Physically' on earth, He was 'Fully Human', which meant at that time He also had the same 'Limited View' that we have got.

Jesus Experienced the same things that we do. People 'Lied' to Him. People tried to 'Trick' Him and set 'Traps' for Him. The devil himself tried to 'Tempt' Him.

But Jesus 'NEVER' Fell for for Any of it.

How did He do that when He was a Human like You & me ?

Because He was 'Always' in Communication with Someone who could 'See' Everything that the people and the devil were doing to try to 'Trick' Him.

That Someone was God.

Even though at that time Jesus only had a 'Limited View', God had 
'Unlimited Views' of Everything.
God 'Sees, Hears & Knows' Everything.

God knew Every 'Scheming & Manipulative' plans that the people where plotting to 'Trick' Jesus. God knew Every 'Lie' that they told. And God knew that the devil would try to 'Tempt' Jesus.

Jesus 'Trusted' and 'Believed' that the Only person who had 'Unlimited Views' and knows Everything is God.

So Jesus 'Wisely' spent 'Quality Quiet Time' With God on a Regular basis.
Jesus would Very often go into the Countryside and Mountains 'by Himself' to 'Pray & Listen' to God's Guidance.

And because God is Loving, Gentle and wants what is Best for His Son, then He 'Guided' Jesus with Everything He needed to know so that He Didn't Fall for the 'Lies & Trickery'.  
Jesus was able to 'See Through' the 'Cunning Tactics' of the people and the devil because God had 'Revealed' them to Him.

And God wants to do the Same for You & me.  

He wants to 'Lovingly Guide' us so we don't get 'Tricked & Misled' anymore by the 'Lies & Corruption' of the devil and 'his followers'.

We have a 'Limited View' of Who the 'devils followers' are.
Some of them are Obvious, but Many are in Disguise of many forms.
The Only Way to know for Definite who they are, is to have a 'Direct' Relationship with God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit.

Because Jesus Lived on earth, He knows what it Feels like to be 'Lied' to by people, and 'Tempted' by the devil. 
Jesus wants to Help You so that You don't Fall into the 'Traps'. 
Or if You have already been 'Trapped', He wants to 'Set You Free'.

When Jesus Ascended into Heaven, He sat down at the Right Hand of God, and God gave Him 'All Authority over Everything'. That means that Jesus has got 'Unlimited Views' of 'Our Lives' and 'Other People Lives'. 
Jesus can 'See' what we can't 'See'. He 'Hears' what we can't 'Hear'. And He 'Knows' what we don't 'Know'. 

So it's Very Important Not to Rely on 'Your Own' Understanding of Your Life, because it might be Wrong.
And Don't Rely on 'Other Peoples' Views of 'Who You Are' and 'How to Live Your Life', because they might be Wrong.
Yes it's Good to sometimes ask others for Guidance, but Don't Rely on it.

There's Only 'One Way' to know the 'Truth'. 
Jesus is the 'Way', the 'Truth', and the 'Life',  (John 14:6).

When You Follow His 'Way', He Leads You in 'Truth',
so You can Live a Wonderful, Free & Enjoyable 'Life'. 

When You put Your Trust & Belief in Jesus & His 'Unlimited View',
You Will Enjoy God's Wonderful Plan for You.

~ Keep Your Faith Supple with 'Swir-etch-iggles' . ~

What does  'Swir-etch-iggles'  mean ?  Good question, I'll explain in a bit.

What does 'Supple' mean ? Another Good question.
Basically, Supple means to keep something Flexible so that it doesn't 'Stiffen Up' or 'Seize Up', and to keep it 'Freely Moving'.  

An example is keeping your Muscles & Joints Supple so they don't 'Stiffen Up' and become Tight.
I Learned the Importance of this over 20 years ago when I used to do quite a bit of physical training. I Learned that it's Helpful to your Overall Fitness to do Regular Stretching and Low Impact Movements to keep your Muscles & Joints 'Free Moving' & 'Flexible', and therefore keeping them 'Supple'. 

This also Helps towards keeping your Mind Supple so you can Think Better and more Clearly.
A Good Stretch can Release tension in your muscles and Help you feel more Relaxed.

For Many years now (as far back as I can remember) since I Learned the Importance of Keeping Supple, I've been doing Stretches Every Day.
It's Not Yoga or anything like that, it's just different Stretches & Movements that I've found Helps keep my body Supple.

I start with 'Swirling' my arms round in circles, followed by my wrists.
Then Gently 'Stretch' my neck side to side and left to right.
After that I put my hands together behind my back and Gently bend forward, lifting my hands up as high as I can to 'Stretch' my shoulders, arms & back, Gently standing up and shaking my arms.
Next I slowly twist side to side with my arms out to 'Stretch' my lower back & stomach.

Onto my legs I bend forward with my arms pointing to the floor to 'Stretch' the back of my legs.
A few Gentle squats help 'Stretch' my thighs, and then into the lunge position to Gently 'Stretch' my calves & hamstring.
'Swirling' my feet round and round helps to keep my feet loose.
And finishing off by shaking my arms & legs to loosen them up, and then the Fun bit, 'Jiggling' all my body from my legs up to my arms, like a Bird does when its feathers are wet and it 'Jiggles' all over to shake the water off.

This leaves my body feeling Refreshed, Supple & Free Moving.

I do this Every Day when I get up, and before I go to bed, as well as a few bits throughout the day.
It's not something that's a Strict Routine. I know I don't 'Have' to do it. 
But I 'Choose' to do it because it Helps me.

There have been times when I haven't done it for a while, and at first it feels ok, but after a bit I notice my muscles & joints starting to 'Stiffen Up' a bit. So I prefer to do it Every Day as it's much Better to keep it up.

I Don't view it as a Chore. I 'Enjoy' it, especially the 'Jiggling'. 

So, as I wrote at the beginning I'd explain what 'Swir-etch-iggle' means, 

Swirls ~ Stretches ~ Jiggles  =  'Swir-etch-iggles'. 

Just as we need to keep our bodies 'Supple', we also need to keep our Faith 'Supple', so that it doesn't 'Stiffen Up' or worse 'Seize Up'.

How do You do that ?

   Do something Every Day to Keep Your Faith 'Supple'.
Don't let Your Faith become Rigid & Stiff. Be Flexible & Open to God.

Too many people have become 'Set in Their Ways' and they're Missing Out on a Joyful Life, as well as not Fulfilling their Part in God's MasterPlan.

The people in the Bible who Achieved Great Things for God where the people who were 'Adaptable' to God's Guidance. They kept Their Faith 'Supple'. 
They spent Time With God Every Day, they Listened to Him, Trusted Him, and Believed Him. And they put His Guidance into 'Action'. 

Find Ways that work Well for 'You' that will Help keep Your Faith 'Supple'. 
Your Faith is Personal to 'You' so you need to find what works 'Best for You'. 

But make sure You keep it 'Enjoyable'. 
Too many people have let their Faith become 'Dull & Boring'. And when other people 'See' it, then they're Not Inspired by it, so they 'Turn Away' from God.

The Truth is, there's Nothing 'Dull & Boring' about God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit. They Created 'Joy'. The Fruit of the Spirit is 'Joy'.  

Jesus says to You, “I have come to give You Life, and More Abundantly 
so that Your Life Overflows with Joy”. 
The Holy Spirit is Your Helper to 'Lead You' in the Truth so 
You can be Free & Enjoy Your Life.
And God is Your Creator, who wants to Enjoy a Loving Relationship with You, and Guide You so You can 'Be The Person Who He Created You To Be'. 

So Enjoy Your Faith and Keep it Supple.

Who & What You 'Believe' will Determine 'How' You Live Your Life.

A while ago I was talking with someone who has been struggling with their Faith & Belief in God for well over 10 years.

I've known this person for quite a long time and I know that they have got a Deep Love for God & Jesus, but something is Blocking them, and they struggle to Believe 'God's Truth' and they fall for the 'worlds Lies'. 

While we were talking, they said, “It seems like Every time I take 'One Step Forward', something happens and I end up taking 'Two Steps Backwards”.

I asked God to Guide me with what was holding them back.

A few days later I was looking for a book to give as a gift to a Different person who also struggles with their Faith & Belief.
I was looking for a book with Daily Positive Inspirations that they could read Every Day to Guide them. I came across a book by a women who I had never heard of before. As I started reading, it seemed to be quite good, but then I read a sentence that 'Stopped me in my tracks'. 

It was describing How to Live Your Faith on a Daily basis, especially when you are New to Faith. The line that Stopped me was this:
“you should take Little Baby Steps of Faith”. 

It was like a 'Warning Alarm' went off Inside me. It felt like God was saying 'That's Wrong Teaching'. It was a Very Powerful Warning.

I remembered the conversation I had with the person who said “It seems like Every time I take 'One Step Forward', something happens and I end up taking 'Two Steps Backwards”. 

I felt God Guiding me “It's because they're taking 'Baby Steps of Faith”.

I remembered my own 'Journey of Faith' and how I had taken 'Far Too Long' before I made a 'Full Commitment' to Jesus.
I realised a Big reason for that was because I had taken 'Little Steps of Faith'. 
I've wrote this before but, “I wish I knew then what I know now”. 
I would have made my 'Full Commitment' a 'Lot Sooner'. 

I asked God to Guide me with how I can Help others so they don't 'Waste' their Lives away like I did 'following the world'. 

God Led me with this Wonderful Guidance, and it's relevant for Everyone, whether You're New to Faith or You've been Following Jesus all You're Life:

“If You're only taking 'Little Steps of Faith', 
then the devil can 'Run' passed You and 'Set Traps' to Trip You Up”. 

This Image came to me:
Imaging if You're walking along a Path in a Forest. If You're only taking 'Little Steps', then the devil can send 'his followers' to 'Run' Passed You, and without You even realising they will 'Dig Pits' for You to 'Fall In', they will put 'Boulders' in Your way to 'Slow You Down', and they will 'Set Traps' to 'Keep You Stuck'. 

That's what happens with people's 'Faith in God & Jesus' when they take 'Little Steps of Faith'. 

The person who I spoke to who said when they take “One Step Forward they end up taking Two Steps Backwards”, had 'Wrongly' been Taught at the Beginning of their 'Faith Journey' that 'It takes a Long Time to get rid of your Old ways when you Follow Jesus, and it's Hard to Change'. 

The Truth is, it takes 'As Long as You make it', because it's 'Your Choice'. 

That person though has had the Wrong 'Mindset' that it Takes a Long Time, and even though it's been Over 10 years, they haven't got out of that 'Mindset'. 

Jesus Never taught Anyone to take 'Little Steps of Faith'. He simply said 
“Follow Me”. The Disciples Didn't Waste Time. They Simply Followed Him. 

The Solution then is:

'Take the Biggest Leap of Faith You can Take Every Day'.

Don't Waste 'Your Life' with Little Piddly Steps.
Leap Ahead of the devil, and Stay Ahead.

If that seems like a lot of 'hard work', then I can Assure You, it's even 'Harder work' when You get Trapped by the devil.

I've been in the 'Traps', and I've also took 'Leaps of Faith'. 
It's a Lot Easier to take 'Leaps of Faith', and it's a Lot More Enjoyable.

The Bible says in (Hebrews  12:1),
 “Let us Run with Endurance and Active Persistence
the Race that is set before us”. 

It says 'Run'. It doesn't say take 'Little Steps'. 

The Only way a Runner can 'Win' a race is by 'Out Running' their opponent.
Nobody has ever 'Won' a Race by taking 'Little Steps'. 

The Bible says “Run with Endurance and Active Persistence”.
It doesn't say Run on a Sunday morning and do nothing the rest of the week.

You need to 'Run and Keep Running'. Because if You don't, the devil will just 'Run Passed' You and 'Set the Traps'. 

It's far More Exhausting trying to get out of a Trap, than it is to Run.

Long Distance Endurance Runners are Very Talented. 
They know how to 'Set Their Own Pace', whilst at the same time Running at the 'Fastest Pace they can Possibly Run'. 

They don't have a 'Mindset' of “O this Race is going to take a Long Time, so I'll just take Little Steps”. They take the Biggest most Powerful Steps they can take.

   And they know How to do that because they have 'Trained'. 

You need to 'Train Your Faith', so that You can take the 'Biggest', most 'Powerful' Steps of Faith that You can take.
You Train by 'Doing'. Put Your Trust In God. Believe His Word. Do His Will.
The More You Trust God, the More Power You will have in Your Steps of Faith.

If You're New to Faith and new to Following Jesus, then it will seem different to the 'worlds way' of Living. 
And Yes You should take Steps to Learn the 'Truth' about God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit. Read the Bible. Learn God's Way of Living & spend Time with Him.
But don't let Anybody tell You that You should take 'Little Baby Steps of Faith'. Let Your Steps be the 'Biggest' Leaps You can take.
The Sooner You get Ahead of the devil the Better.
Run and Never Stop Running.
You have got the Power of God In You, and God is a 'Winner'. 

If You've been on a 'Journey of Faith' for many years, and You still find You struggle with Faith & Belief, then it's time to 'Change Your Mindset'. 
Throw Away any Wrong Teachings that are Holding You Back.
Run like You've Never Run before. Leap Over the Walls of the devils 'Trickery'. 
And then You will Enjoy the Freedom of an 'Open Path' in front of You with No Pitfalls, Boulders, or Traps. You Will Be Free.
Use the 'Power of God' In You to 'Leap' so far Ahead of the devil, that even if he tries to catch You, he will Give Up through Exhaustion.
The devil 'Can Not' Out Run God.
You are “Made in The Image of God”. 

So whatever stage You are at in Your Own Personal 'Journey of Faith', 
let God's Mighty Power Surge Through You,
so that 'Every Step' You take will 'Propel You Forward'
like a 'Mighty Rocket'. 

~ In His Image, In This World. ~

 There's  a Very Meaningful Chapter in the Bible in 1 John, Chapter 4.
It describes the Love of God & Jesus, and how we are to Love Each Other.

It's also Very Special for my Wife & I because we chose a big section of it to be read at our Wedding.

Over the years I've read it Many times and about a week ago I was reading it again. Even though I've read it Many times, when I read it this time, there was one particular line that stood out Very Powerfully.  That line was:
“As He is, so are we in this world”, (1 John 4:17). 

I kept reading it over and over as I was Drawn to this Powerful Word of God.

The next day my Wife said to me that she had been reading through 1 John and she was up to Chapter 4. She said that a line had stood out to her in a way that she had never noticed before. The line was:
“As He is, so are we in this world”. 

WOW ~ I knew straight away that God was Guiding us that there was Something Special about this line. 

My Wife said when she read it she thought, “WOW, there's so much Power in that one line”. 
She also said “Even if people would just Believe that one line, then the devil would have to pack his bags and Leave”.  I Completely Agree.

The Bible says in (Genesis 1:26), God said, “Let Us make Man in Our image”. 

The 'Us' and 'Our' that He was referring to was God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit.

That means that You are made in the Image of God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit. 

When You put that Together with: “As He is, so are we in this world”, and You 'Believe it, then the Amazing Power of God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit is Released in You.

Then the devil will Not be able to 'Trick' You, 'Trap' You, or 'Tempt' You.

The devil has NEVER defeated God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit.

He tried to 'Trick' Jesus by 'Tempting' Him in the Wilderness, but Jesus 'Outsmarted' & 'OverPowered' the devil by using God's Word: “It Is Written”. 

Jesus 'Knew' & 'Believed' that the devil has got 'NO' Power over Him, and He saw Straight Through the 'Lies & Deception' of the devil.

Jesus used His 'Brain' to OverPower the devil with 'Truth'. 

Your 'Brain' is made 'In The Image' of Jesus' Brain. 

WOW. That means when You use Your Own Brain when the devil tries to 'Trick' You with 'Lies & Deception', then You will see 'Straight Through' it and use 'Truth' to 'OverPower' him. 

~ The devil will use 'Other People' to try to 'Tempt' You to Do Wrong things.
~ He will use 'Past Memories' to 'Trap' You into Living a Miserable Life.
~ He will use 'Anything & Anybody' to 'Trick' You into Believing 'Lies' about 'Who You Are', instead of Believing the 'Truth' about 'Who God Says You Are'.

The devil has got Many ways to 'Lie' to You, but when You Believe that You are Made In The Image of God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit, then the devils Lies 
'Can Not' & 'Will Not' defeat You.  

While I was talking to my Wife about the Powerful Bible verse (1 John 4:17):
“As He is, so are we in this world”, my Wife said, 
“The Important word is 'Are'. We 'Are' as Jesus is in this world. It Doesn't say we 'Might' be, or 'Maybe one day'.  It says “So Are We””. 

That's Very True. The Bible doesn't 'Mess About' with Words. It speaks the 'Truth'. When You 'Believe' God's Word in the Bible, it will 'Set You Free' from the 'Traps' and 'Lies' of the world.

You and I Live in 'This World'. 
Jesus came down from Heaven and also Lived in 'This World'. 

By the 'Way' He Lived His Life in 'This World', He showed us 'Who We Are'. 
“As He is, so are we in this world”. 

You and I have a Perfect Example of 'Who God Created Us To Be', by looking at 'Who' Jesus is in the Bible.

  ~ Jesus is Loving ~ That means You 'Are' Loving.
         That's 'Who God Created You to Be'. 
  ~ Jesus is Caring ~ That means You 'Are' Caring.
  ~ Jesus is Honest ~ You 'Are' Honest. 
  ~ Jesus is Not Stubborn ~ You 'Are' Not Stubborn. 
  ~ Jesus is Kind Hearted ~ You 'Are' Kind Hearted. 
  ~ Jesus is Full of Joy ~ You 'Are' Full of Joy. 
  ~ Jesus is The Light of the world ~ You 'Are' The Light of the world. 

There are Many other Wonderful Characteristics of Jesus that give You a Beautiful Guide to 'Who You Are'. 

When You 'Believe' God's Word, instead of the 'worlds word' about 'Who You Are', then You will Discover 'Who God Created You To Be'. 
And when You 'Live' as that Person, ' You Will Be Free'. 

The New Testament was wrote by Wonderful People who knew Jesus 'In Person'. They spent time With Him 'In This World'. And they Lovingly wrote down 'Their Experiences' With Jesus so that we can All 'Know' Who Jesus Is.

When You Believe the 'Truth' of  'Who Jesus Is',
then You will be able to Believe the 'Truth' of 'Who You Are'. 

“As He is, so are we in this world”. 

~ The Titanic of Today. ~

In 1912 something happened that Shocked the world.
The Titanic, known as the 'Unsinkable Ship', Sunk.

There has been many films made about the Titanic, and when the 1997 film came out, I took a keen interest in the Ship itself and the Titanic's History.

There has been a Lot of research into what caused the Ship to Sink, and it's believed that there was Many Reasons for it. Some of these include:
Arrogance, Neglect, Stubbornness, Pride, Ego, Corruption, Manipulation and many other 'Society Led' Wrong Ways of Living.

The 1997 film gives a Very Good representation of Life in 1912. There was a Clear Division in the 'Society Classes'. Even the Ship itself was Split into 
1st, 2nd & 3rd Class Passengers based on their 'Society Status'.

The 1st Class Passengers were Treated like Royalty, and the 3rd Class Passengers were Treated like Peasants. Yet they were All travelling on the Same ship.

God 'Did Not' Create people to be Treated that way.

God Created 'Everyone Equal'. 

The Titanic film shows that Many of the 'High Society' people of that time were Living very 'Fake' Lives. It was all for 'Show'. 

The character of Rose was being Pressured into marrying an evil Manipulative man called Cal, who she Clearly Didn't Love. She was being 'Pushed' by her 'So Called' Mother to marry him just so that she could gain the wealth of his inheritance. The 'So Called' Mother had lost her own wealth  and she was 'Using' Rose so that she could stay in the 'High Society'.

There's as a scene where she puts the 'Sob Story' on, and tries to use 'Emotional Blackmail' to get Rose to 'Feel Sorry' for her so that she would marry Cal. 
She tried to make Rose feel 'Guilty' that if she didn't marry him, then the 'Family Name' would be 'Shown Up'.

To God, that is NOT 'Family'. 

God will NEVER Guide a 'True Parent' to Pressure their child into Doing Anything that is Wrong, especially just because the 'So Called' Parent Wants them to.

And God will Definitely NEVER Guide 'Anyone' to use 'Emotional Blackmail'.
That is the 'evil Schemes' of the 'wicked'. 

Even though it's a film, this type of Treatment 'Did' happen, and it went 'Unnoticed' by the rest of the 'High Society'. It went on 'Behind Closed Doors'. 
The character of Rose said that on the 'Outside' she was Everything a girl should be, but on the 'Inside' she was 'Screaming'. She later went on to say that it felt like she was 'Screaming' at the Top of her Lungs, but Nobody was Listening.

They were All to 'Obsessed' with putting on their Own 'Fake Show'. 

The reason I'm writing this is because this type of Treatment 'Still Happens Today'. It might not be about 'High Society' or 'Pressuring' people into marriage to gain wealth, but there are evil people who are Using the Name 'Family' to Manipulate people in Hurtful and Deceitful ways.

They use 'Emotional Blackmail' to 'Trick & Trap' their own 'So Called' Family.

I've Personally Seen it happen to people that I know. And I've Seen the 'Damaging' Consequences of how it Ruins peoples Lives.

I know people who were 'Mentally & Emotionally' Abused as children (and in later years as well), and even though they're now Adults, they're still 'Trapped' by 'Inferiority' and a lack of 'Self Worth'. They Believe the Lies that the evil people said about them. And they Live Miserable Lives. 

But that's NOT Who God Created Them to Be.

God Created them as 'Wonderful Individuals' with a 'Loving Heart' and a 'Very Important Purpose' in God's MasterPlan.

And the devil knows God Created them with a Special Purpose, and that's exactly why the 'evil people' Treated them so badly, and called them 'Childish & Pathetic' names.

It was the devils 'Scheming Plan' to try to Stop them from 'Being Who God Created Them To Be'. 

In the Titanic film, Rose had been 'Mentally & Emotionally' Abused. She said she saw her whole Life 'Planned Out', and she felt there was 'No Way Out'. 

But then, along came Jack.

He 'Saw' Rose for 'Who She Really Was'.
He 'Saw Through' the 'Fakeness' that she had been 'Told' to 'Put On'.  
He 'Saw' the 'Real Rose'. 

As they got to know each other, they 'Fell In Love'. 

But Rose's 'So Called' Mother saw him as a 'Threat' to her 'wicked scheme'. So she used 'Emotional Blackmail' to try to keep Rose away from Jack.

There's a very Important scene in the film where Jack & Rose go into the gym area to talk. Rose says to Jack that she can't see him anymore, and she tries to make it seem that she loves Cal.

But Jack 'Sees' Straight Through it, and he Lovingly & Powerfully says to her:

“They've got you Trapped, and you're going to die if you don't 'Break Free', maybe not right away because you're Strong, but sooner or later that 'Fire' that I Love about you, that 'Fire' is going to Burn Out”.

~ That is Exactly the 'devils Plan' for 'God's People'.

He wants the 'Fire' that God put in 'You' to 'Burn Out'. 
He wants You to die on the 'Inside' so that You won't 'Fulfil' God's Wonderful Plan for Your Life.
And the devil will Use 'Anybody & Anything' to try to put that 'Fire' Out.
He wants to Sap Your 'Joy' and 'Trick' You into going down the 'Wrong Path of Life'.   

But the 'Good News' is that God Will Always Send Someone into 'Your Life' to Show You the 'Right Way', and to 'Re-Ignite' that 'Fire' Within You.

God 'Never Gives Up' on His Own People ~ He Will 'Never Give Up' on You.

In the film, Rose makes her 'Own Personal Choice' to 'Turn Away' from her evil 'So Called' Mother, and to 'Turn Away' from the 'Fake' Society Life.
She 'Decides' to Start a 'New Life'. 

She is 'Willing' to Turn Her Back on Wealth, a Family Name, and a 'High Society Status', because she knows there is 'Something Better'. 

She Immediately feels 'Free', and Experiences 'True Freedom' for the First Time in her Life. 
Even the clothes that she then wears demonstrate how she is more Relaxed and doesn't feel the need to wear the 'In Trend' clothes of Society.
~ She's Relaxed & Free ~

Then there's a Beautiful scene at the front of the ship when Jack helps Rose up onto the railings and they look out over the Vast Ocean ahead of them. They Experience a 'Wonderful Moment Together' that feels like they're 'Flying'. 

When You 'Turn Away' from the 'worlds ways', and You 'Join Together' with Jesus, He will 'Lift You Up' and You will 'Soar on Wings Like Eagles'. 

Rose had said 'Goodbye' to her 'Old Life', and she was now 'Free'.
But some of the evil people from her 'Old Life' still wanted to 'Manipulate' and 'Control' her into 'Their Way' for Rose to 'Live Her Life'. 
Cal tried to 'Set Jack Up' to make it look like he was a thief.

When You 'Turn Away' from the world, 'BE AWARE'  that 'worldly people' will still try to 'Trick & Trap' You with 'Lies & Manipulation'. 
But the 'Good News' is that when You are Committed to Jesus, He will Always Help You to 'See Through It' and 'Strengthen' You to Defeat them.

In the film Call had Jack handcuffed to a metal pipe in the hope that he would be 'Trapped' there.
But Rose searched for him, and when she Found Him, she Set him Free.

Jack asked her how she found out that he wasn't a thief.
She replied, “I didn't,  I just Realised that I Already Knew”.

When You Follow Jesus, He will Help You 'See Things Clearly', and Help You to Realise the 'Truth' from the 'Lies'. 

As the ship started sinking, Rose was told to get in a lifeboat.
Cal still tried to Trick her by saying that Jack could get in a boat with him.
As lifeboat was being lowered, there was the Beautiful Moment when Rose realises she Doesn't want to be without Jack. She feels so much 'Gratitude & Thankfulness' to Jack for 'Setting her Free', and the Deep Connection that was made between them, that she 'Leaps' back onto the ship to 'Be With Jack'. 

Jack asked her why she did that. She replied, “You Jump, I Jump, remember”.
She remembered how Jack was Willing to Risk his own Life to Save Rose when she was hanging off the back off the ship, and she became 'Willing' to Risk her Life to 'Be With Jack'. 

When You remember how Jesus 'Gave Up' His Own Life on the Cross to 
'Save You', then You will be 'Willing' to 'Give Up' Your 'Old Lifestyle' of 'worldly ways' to 'Be With Jesus'. 

When that 'Loving Connection' is made 'With Jesus', You will Never want to be without Him.

In the film when the Titanic had Sunk, people were dying in the Icy water.
Jack did his 'Absolute Best' right to the Very End to 'Save Rose', and he Did.
Rose was 'Saved'. 

Even though Jack died, he Continued to 'Live in Rose's Heart'. 
She 'Never Let Go'. 

Jesus may have died on the Cross, but He Continues to 'Live In Your Heart'.
'Never Let Go' of the Love & Faithfulness for Jesus. 

At the end of the film it shows photos of Rose's Life after Titanic. 
It Clearly shows that she Never 'Turned Back' to her evil 'So Called' Mother or her 'Old Lifestyle' of 'High Society'.

She spent the Rest of her Life 'Being Free'. 

She was Free to Live as the 'Person Who God Created Her To Be'. 

When Rose Spoke the 'Truth' about what happened on the Titanic, she said these 'Loving Words' about Jack,

“So there was a man named Jack, and he 'Saved Me'.
He 'Saved Me' in 'Every Way' a person could be 'Saved'”. 

When You and I Talk about Jesus, and Speak the 'Truth' about His Life, 
and what He has Done for us, we can say those 'Loving Words',

“So there was a man named Jesus, and He 'Saved Me'.
  He 'Saved Me' in 'Every Way' a person could be 'Saved'” 

~ The Trust & Belief of the Blind. ~

When my Dad had a stroke over 30 years ago, it effected his left side. He was paralysed in his arm and leg, and he lost the vision on the left side. He gained slight movement in his arm and was able to walk small amounts for a while, but his vision never recovered.

He can't See anything out of the left side of both eyes, which means when he looks at things such as a book, he only Sees the words on the right side of the page. Even though he's been like that for over 30 years, I often forget that he can't See properly because he just 'Gets On with Life'.

A few years after his stroke, my Mum discovered an Organisation for Blind & Visually Impaired people and they both started to go every week. 

The Organisation ran many different Activities aimed at Helping Blind & Visually Impaired people to Gain Confidence, Build their Self Respect, and to simply Enjoy themselves doing Fun Activities.
They did a Big variety of Activities such as Cookery classes, Woodwork, Pottery, Crafts, Painting etc, as well as many Outdoor Activities.

After a while they needed more Volunteers, so my Wife (who was then my Girlfriend) and I became Volunteers, and later we became Tutors as well.

We saw Many 'Truly Inspiring' things.
There was people who were Totally Blind doing things like Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Water-skiing, Sailing and Canoeing, as well as things like Pancake Making, including Tossing the pancakes without dropping them (which is Very Talented when they couldn't See). 

We did some training which involved us wearing Blindfolds and being led around the building up and down stairs etc, and doing simply tasks. 
We Learned that when you can't See, you Really do need to put a Huge amount of your 'Trust & Belief' in the person who is Guiding you.

My Wife and I were Volunteers & Tutors for many years, and we saw the peoples Confidence Grow, and they Achieved Many Amazing things.

My Dad would often say that he was doing things that he had never done before he had the stroke, and probably never would have done if he hadn't have gone to the Blind Organisation.

Many of the people had Physical Disabilities and Mental Health issues as well as being Blind & Visually Impaired, but they were All Blessed with 'Doing' & 'Achieving' Many Truly Amazing & Wonderful things.

How did they do it ?

Two reasons:
~ There was Volunteers & Staff 'With Them' who they could 'Trust & Believe'.
~ The Blind people 'Trusted & Believed' the Volunteers and Staff.

If you were to go Rock Climbing and you couldn't See, then you would need someone who you could 'Trust & Believe' to Guide you where to put your hands & feet so that you 'Don't Fall'. 
If you were Sailing and you couldn't See, then you would need to 'Trust & Believe' the person Leading you so that you 'Don't Crash & Sink'. 
And if you were Making Pancakes and couldn't See, then you would need to have Complete 'Trust & Belief' in the person 'Watching Over' you to prevent you from getting burnt by the flames.

When my Wife & I were Volunteers & Tutors at the Blind Organisation, we along with the rest of the Volunteers and Staff were: 
~'The Eyes for those who could Not See'.
We were 'Their Guides', we 'Lead' them, and 'Protected' them. 
We were Always 'Watching Over' them to keep them Safe. 
And we Encouraged & Supported them so that they could Enjoy themselves, and turn their 'Disabilities' into Amazing 'Abilities'.

There was a Wonderful young man called Peter Barns. He was Blind from birth and the 'So Called' doctors said that he would Never be able to Do Anything, and he should stay at home. Even his 'So Called' parents told him he couldn't Do Anything and they gave him No Encouragement.

When he first went to the Blind Organisation, he was Very Timid and quite Scared. He had No Confidence and seemed Very Unhappy.

But we saw a Wonderful Transformation as he Grew into a Confident, Fun Loving and Happy person.

He did Many of the Activities including Rock Climbing.
The Rock Climbing was at a disused quarry. The car park was at the Top of the Rock-face and the way to get to the bottom was down a steep dirt path that had lose stones and rocks along the way.

The Volunteers needed to Guide the Blind people down the path to be able to start the Rock Climbing. I was asked to Guide Peter Barns down the path.
The path had a drop on one side that was about 100 ft down, and there was No hand rail. I knew if he slipped then he would go straight over the edge.
So I took my 'Responsibilities Very Seriously'. 
I watched 'Every Step' he took. I checked the path to make sure there was nothing for him to trip over. And I had my Arm as a Guide & Support so he knew I was there 'With Him' Every Step of the Way.

Peter along with the other people who could Not See, where all Safely lead down the path.
They put their 'Trust & Belief' in their Guides, and we 'Didn't Let Them Down'. 

If those Blind people were able to put their 'Trust & Belief' in 'Ordinary People' like us, who they could Not 'See',  then 'You' can 'Certainly' put Your 
'Trust & Belief' in Jesus Christ, the Wonderful & Powerful Son of God. 

'He will Never Let You Down'.

If Peter and the other Blind people had Not put their 'Trust & Belief' in their Guides, they would have 'Missed Out' on Many Wonderful Experiences & Activities, and their Confidence & Self Respect would Never have Grown.

There are Many people Today who are 'Missing Out' on True Joy, Happiness, New Adventures & Wonderful Experiences, just because they won't put their 'Trust & Belief' in Jesus, simply because they can't 'See Him'. 

I've been on an Amazing 'Journey with Jesus' for over 20 years, and He has 'Never Let Me Down'. 
I've Never 'Seen' Jesus, but I know He's 'With Me Always'. 

When You Properly make a Commitment to Jesus, You can be Certain that He Will 'Watch Over Your Life' Every Step of Your 'Journey With Him'. 

~ He will Not let You Fall.
~ He is Your Loving Guide through Life.
~ His Strong Arm is Always there to 'Support' You.
~ He will 'Lead You' in stormy waters to 'Safe Sailing', and Never let You Sink.
~ When You're Climbing the Rocky Mountain of Life and You can't 'See'              which Way to Go, Jesus will be the 'Solid Rock' for You to 'Hold On To'.
~ Jesus is Fully Aware of the Flames of the 'evil one' that can easily burn You,       so He 'Watches Over' You, always Ready to Prevent You from being burnt.
~ And at the same time, giving You the Freedom to Enjoy Your Life.

Jesus will 'Encourage You' and Build Up Your 'Self Respect', 
because to Jesus 'You Are Somebody Very Special'.

So even though You can't 'See' Jesus,
when You put Your Complete 'Trust & Belief' in Him,
'Jesus will Be Your Eyes'
so that You can 'See Clearly' in Your Journey of Life.

You Don't Need to See to Believe,
But when You Believe, You Will See.
