True Advent ~ 7th December.

~ The Wisdom of The Wise Men ~

The Wise Men (also known as Magi) travelled from the East to Bethlehem, which would have been hundreds or maybe even thousands of miles.

There were No cars, trains, bikes or plains back then. Their main form of transport would have been Camels.
Horses & Donkeys were also available at that time and of course 'Walking with their own 2 feet' was a big part of the Journey, (they had no comfortable walking shoes, it would have been very basic open sandals).

There would have been No proper roads available for them back then and the 'Long Journey' would have crossed vast Deserts & Mountains with tricky and dangerous terrain.

The Journey would have taken months and possibly over a year, so they obviously needed to 'Be Prepared'.

For the Wise Men to have even Started a Journey like that, and then to have Continued until they 'Reached Their Goal' meant that they obviously knew the 'End Result' was 'Worth It' and was Something Special.

To have the Experience of 'Meeting Jesus' as the Goal in Your Life, means that Anything is Worth Doing to Achieve It.

You too can 'Meet Jesus' in Your Heart, Mind & Soul. 'Simply Set Your Goal'.

~ ~ ~

The Wise Men would have studied Astronomy for many years. They Clearly Understood the Stars, as it was a Star that Guided them to the place where Jesus was.

It's Clear that they had studied the Scriptures as they had a Good Knowledge & Understanding of the Importance of the Messiah (Jesus).

They were obviously Very Intelligent people.

Studying, Knowledge, Understanding and Intelligence are all Good things.

But that's Not what made them Wise.

~ What made the Wise Men 'Wise'?

True Wisdom can Only come from One Source ~ God ~.

The thing that made the Wise Men 'Wise' was their 'Commitment' to 'Follow Jesus' and 'Give Their Hearts to The Lord'.

That same Wisdom is Available to You.

~ Positive Bible Verses ~
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
(James 1:5)

~ ~ ~

As Jesus passed on from there, He saw a man named Matthew sitting at the tax office. And He said to him, “Follow Me.” So he arose and followed Him.
(Matthew 9:9)

Wonkavator Faith.

~ Wonkavator Faith ~

If you've ever seen the Original 1971 film of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, you'll know what a Wonkavator is.
If not, it's similar to an elevator, but with a Big difference.

In the film, Charlie does his Best to be a Good, Helpful & Loving person.
And at the end of the film Willy Wonka Rewards Charlie for being Honest & Loving by Giving him his entire Chocolate Factory.

He takes Charlie into the 'Wonkavator' and tells him why it's so Special.
“An elevator can Only go 'up & down', but a Wonkavator can go Sideways & Slant ways, Longways & Back ways, Square ways & Front ways, and Any other Ways you can think of “.

An elevator is 'Limited' in what it can Do, but a Wonkavator is 'Limitless'.

~ What type of Faith do ' You' have ?

Do You have 'Elevator Faith' that is Limited & Restricted, or have You got 'Wonkavator Faith' that is 'Limitless & Free' ?

Many people say they've got Faith, but when the time comes that they need to put their Faith into Action, they put Limits on it, they make up Excuses, they 'give in' to 'worldly ways' and they Loose their True Belief.

Many people have got Faith but 'Other People' put 'Restrictions' on it with 'Man-made' Rules & Regulations that 'Did Not' come from God.

But then there are people with Real Faith,
Limitless, Unrestricted & Powerful Faith.

These are the people who Achieve Great things for God. They're Willing to put their 'Faith Into Action' and 'Give God All the Glory'.

They Don't 'give in' to 'worldly ways' and they Resist the Trickery and Corruption of society Nonsense.

These are the people who God can Trust. These are the people God can Live Through to Achieve Great Things for Him. Their Faith is Solid and Unlimited. They have 'Wonkavator Faith'.

How do You get 'Wonkavator Faith' ?

There's Only One Way. By putting Your 'Complete Trust' in Jesus Christ, the Only Son of the Living God.

When Jesus died on the Cross to 'Set You Free' from sin, God gave Jesus 'All Power & Authority' over Everything in Heaven & Earth.

That means Jesus has No Restrictions, He is 'Limitless'.

Jesus does Amazing things, He performs Miracles, He Heals the brokenhearted, He Achieves things that people say are impossible, because Jesus knows that 'With God All Things Are Possible'.

Jesus simply said “Follow Me”. ~ That's All it takes, Follow Jesus.

He Will give You the Strength, Power, Wisdom, Authority, & Courage to Do Great & Mighty things for God.

He Will Show You the Way, the Truth and the Life.

And He Will Bless You with Peace that goes Beyond Understanding.

Jesus has Faith that is Limitless.

When ' You' Choose Jesus over Everything else,
' You' Will be Blessed with
'Wonkavator Faith'.

Focus Tasking.

~ Inspiring ~

~ Focus Tasking ~

There's a big difference between Focus Tasking and Multi Tasking.
Multi Tasking is the ability to do Multiple things at the same time.
In recent years people have made it 'Seem' as though it's something very important. People have Hyped it up and Dramatised it to make it sound like it's a new trendy thing to do.

Yet the Truth is people have been Multi Tasking for Thousands of years.
God Created us All with the Ability to Multi Task because there are many Natural things in our everyday Life when we need to be able to do more than one thing at a time. So it's not a big deal, it's just a Natural way of Life.

But because people have made it seem so important and some kind of a new Fad, then other people have felt the need to try to Multi Task more and more so that they 'Fit In'.

Many people have felt they need to Live a 'Multi Tasking Lifestyle' where they're constantly busy doing Lots of things at the same time.
This has led to many 'problems' creeping into peoples Lives 'Unnoticed'.

The obvious problems are stress and anxiety, but people are now putting 'Multi' into areas of their Lives that are Not supposed to be 'Multi', and they're 'thinking' it's the right way to Live.

Some examples of these are:

~ Multi Relationing (having relationships with more than one person).

~ Multi Personhood (people trying to be male & female at the same time).

~ Multi Thinking (people clogging their Minds up by Thinking Lots of different things all at the same time).

~ Multi Following (people who think they can Follow God whilst Following a 'worldly' Lifestyle).

~ Multi Faithing (people picking and choosing things from different types of Faiths and mixing them together to suite themselves).

These are just a few of the things that have Crept into society that is partly caused by people 'thinking' that a Multi Lifestyle is so important.

There are obviously some things when Multi Tasking is useful, such as a Chef needs to be able to prepare, cook and serve Multiple meals at the same time.

But Multi Tasking is Not as important as what people make it 'Seem' to be.

The thing that is More Important is 'Focus Tasking', the ability to Focus on One thing at a time.

God has Blessed us All with the Ability to Focus Task.

Focus Tasking is a Very Important & Useful ability to have, and when you put it into Action, it will save you a Lot of Time, Stress & Headaches.

For example, if you've got a problem that you need solve and you don't know what to do or it seems too difficult, many 'worldly' people will tell you to 'Distract' yourself by thinking of Multiple things or by doing Multiple things to take your Mind off it.
But that Doesn't help, because the problem is Still there.
Your Mind will Not be 'At Peace' because your Brain knows that the problem Still needs to be solved, so it doesn't Relax.

When you Focus on Solving the problem (with God) then your Mind is Not Cluttered up with Distractions and you will be able to find the Solution much quicker.
Then your Mind will be 'At Peace' and your Brain will be able to Relax.

This is just one example but there are Many Benefits to Focus Tasking, and the more You put it into Action, the more You will see the 'Bigger Picture' of Life how God Intended us All to Live.

The Bible makes it Very Clear ~ “Be of One Mind”.

God wants what's Best for You and He wants Your Mind to be 'At Peace'.
Jesus Himself said “My Peace I Give to You”.

If you find it difficult to Focus on One thing at a time, then maybe start with something small, like when you clean your teeth try Focusing entirely on cleaning your teeth without thinking of other things.
Then work your way up to bigger things, and Learn from each thing you do.

God Created You with the Ability to 'Focus Task', You Can Do It.
You are made in the Image of God, and God is a Winner.

Live the Life that God Created You to Live.
Be of One Mind.
